Nikki Baxley Leonard

As the lead legal assistant for Sparkman Law Firm, Nikki brings her love of helping people and her experience with family situations of all kinds to the role, and is the first person you meet when you walk into the Firm. She has over 8 years of experience in the legal field, and loves being there for clients when they need her during these difficult times in their lives.

Nikki works closely with Shazia Sparkman to maintain the goals, passions and missions Shazia has set out for the Firm and our clients, including assisting Shazia with many projects both inside and outside of the Firm and in the community.

In her free time, Nikki can be found with her young son, at the beach with her dogs or volunteering for a non profit in the area.
